Will I receive a proof before my order is made?
We aim to process orders as efficiently as possible, so we do not provide proofs. But don't worry! If your photo doesn’t meet our quality standards, we’ll reach out for a new one to ensure the best possible result. Be sure to review our Photo Guidelines here. If you’d like to see and approve a proof before production, you can purchase our proof add-on, which includes unlimited revisions until you’re completely happy with the artwork.
Can I order as a gift for someone else?
When ordering a gift, be sure to enter your email address to receive the order summary but providing the recipient’s name and shipping details. We’ll ensure no prices or receipts are included in the package.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
If you need to make a change, please reach out within 2 hours of placing your order. After this time, most updates, including address changes, cannot be made as your order will be locked for production process. Keep in mind that any modifications may impact your delivery time.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase. After this window, cancellations are no longer possible because we immediately begin processing and preparing your custom artwork. Please double-check your order details before submitting, and if you have any questions, feel free to reach out.
What is the processing time for my order?
Our items are made to order, ensuring each piece is uniquely crafted just for you. Artwork is prepared within 1-2 business days, followed by a production time of 2-5 additional business days, depending on the personalized nature of each item.
How long does shipping take?
Domestic Shipping (US): Generally, shipping takes 4-8 business days after production.
International Shipping: Delivery may take 10-20 business days, depending on your location. Please note that customs processing can affect delivery times.
Will I receive multiple packages for my order?
Yes, depending on the items ordered, your purchase may arrive in multiple packages to ensure faster and more efficient delivery. Each package will have its own tracking information.
How can I track my order?
We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped.
What is your return policy?
Unfortunately, due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each custom piece is carefully crafted, making it unique just for you.
However, we proudly offer a 14-day warranty to ensure the quality of your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will offer a replacement at no extra cost. My order is marked as delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
Sometimes your local Post Office marks it as delivered upon scanning, not when it's physically delivered to your house. We kindly ask for your patience and recommend allowing a few extra days for the delivery to complete.
Once an order is handed over to the shipping provider, we no longer have control over its transit. If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please check with your local postal or delivery service for further assistance. We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered but not received.
